A Siem Reap cooking class is the perfect break from exploring temples.
Get ready for a memorable culinary experience in Siem Reap! Your journey starts with a guided market tour, where Chef Ly Seng will introduce you to the fresh ingredients essential to Cambodian cooking.
Back at our restaurant, you'll have your own personal cooking station. Your chef will guide you step by step as you prepare classic Khmer dishes like spring rolls, Lotus salad with pork belly, Cabbage salad with chicken, Fried Lok lak with mushrooms, or the famous amok fish.
After your hands-on session, the class ends with everyone enjoying the incredible meal they've created together.
We provide complimentary tuk-tuk transport to and from your hotel.
The experience is 2-3 hours long, depending on whether you include the market visit.

We took a cooking class here and it was the best experience to have in Siem Reap. Everything was well planned out and taken care of, and the staff was wonderful. We learned 3 delicious dishes and got to enjoy them in the restaurant afterwards. I cannot recommend enough!!
This is a wonderful hidden spot elevated amongst the trees. We did a wonderful cooking Class with Ly Seng Lay, who took us to the local market and explained what all the various greens, herbs and different proteins were we didn't recognise. He then taught us to make fresh spring rolls with dipping sauce, fish amok curry and banana & coconut. It was so much fun and delicious. Highly recommend. It is off the main road down some very narrow back alleys so persevere … or get a tuk tuk to take you.
